Delivery
Fulinken.com stocks in China, Hong Kong, United State, United Kingdom and Australia, we would ship the item from our nearest warehouse if possible. Some Stocks might only stock in China.
Fulinken.com reserves the right to combine postage when practical and determine the ship from location.
Fulinken.com currently ship to over 180 countries and we ship most items within 2- 4 business days (domestic handling time), in some case domestic handling time might over 20 days.
Our packages are generally delivered by Post and/or courier, and would require a signature on receipt. For this reason, a work address is preferred to ensure you receive your parcel in a timely manner. If no-one is available to receive your order, a card may be left indicating your parcel is available for collection at the marked location.
Packages delivery to United State by post take approx. 10 - 20 days, it take longer for some other countries.
The delivery timeframe may vary according to the destination and the shipping option you selected at when you place your order. Each option has a different average delivery time.
International Express might take approx. 3 - 10 days, it is signature required delivery, if you are not at your address during delivery time, they will contact you and arrange new delivery with you, but it must complete within 1 month, otherwise the goods would return back to us.
if you provide wrong telphone number, refuse to accept the package or refuse to answer the phone, the goods might return back to fulinken.com and generated shipping cost and other extra fees. customer are eligable to pay for those mentioned expense. To avoid other extra fees, fulinken.com reserves the right to dispose the goods to avoid extra fees, customer are eligable to pay for the disposal fees in this case.
Postage and Handling Charges and Customs Duty
We dont charge any shipping and handling fees at the moment. although it only have rare chance for a order to generate customs duty, we dont reponsible for any customs Duty fees or tax generated.
You might refuse the package if you do not agree with your country's import laws, the goods would return back to us.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer 30 day return policy, during which you are able to return your item for an exchange or a refund.
The following requirements must be met for goods to be refunded or exchanged:
- Goods must be returned in their original box
- Goods must be received within 60 days from date of purchase
Customer must contact us before return the goods via here, and we will provide a return address, customer must return the goods to the address we provided.
If shoes are deemed by us to be worn, marked or used, a refund will not be processed.
Please note that shoes requiring return to Fulinken remain the responsibility of the customer, and are returned at the customers expense.
For wrong size shoes received, In case, you had submitted your sizing detail in the following link, we would cover your return postage
-Add Foot Size of you or the one you one to purchase shoes for -Tell us Shoes Brand of your previous shoes
We need this information to idenitfy your shoes size before order sent.
If you submitted the information to us and still receive wrong size shoes, we will cover your return postage. in most of the case, we will replace your goods with a correct size shoes, refund of item price only available when we are not able to provide replacement
Fulinken.com does not take responsibility for a return parcel until it is delivered to us, customer required to use tracking mail to return the goods.
We dont accept express mail to return the goods.
After you returned the goods, you have to contact us with your return tracking number, hence, we can keep track of your mail and identify your goods once its arrive. if you fail to comply with it, it might generate delay in goods identification process, as we no way to find out the return delivery belong to. We will dispose any unidentify package after 90 days of return received.
We keep the right to provide refund or replacement for your returned orders.
